Manage your Membership in the KnoWEwell Community

Access the KnoWEwell Community

Visit the KnoWEwell website. If you have completed your subscription and created your Profile, you will automatically be welcomed by the Live Feed page.



Access Community after you've created an account but did not yet purchase a subscription

Visit the KnoWEwell website. If you have created an account by choosing a username and password, you will need to click on the blue Log In box in the upper right of the page.




The Log In page will ask for your username and password. After entering these, click Log in.





You will see that you do not have an active subscription yet. Click on Join the Community and follow the instructions under Verification & Payment. 




Access the KnoWEwell Community if you have not yet created a profile 

You will need to create your Profile before you are able to access the KnoWEwell Community.  Click on your name
and select Manage Membership.


Manage your membership

Find and edit your account by clicking on the blue arrow on the bottom right of your screen to expand the menu options at the bottom of the screen. Click on Manage Membership.



Edit your Account Details

You can edit your Account Details here by clicking on Edit.

Change my Password

To change your password, click on Manage Membership and then Edit. You can change your password by entering your current password, followed by your new password.


My Current Subscription

Find your current subscription level by clicking on Manage Membership.  Your current subscription level, Basic, Silver, or Gold, will be designated.  You can upgrade your current subscription by clicking on Upgrade.


Upgrade My Current Individual Subscription

1. Log in to the community at https://live-knowewell.pantheonsite.io/



Enter your username and password and click Log In.



Click on the small arrow at the bottom right of your screen to expand the menu options in blue across the bottom of the screen. Click on Manage Membership to see your upgrade options.



Click on the Upgrade button for either the Silver Plan or the Gold Plan.



5. Go to the Order Summary page for payment.  Enter payment method and click Subscribe.



Processing will take about 60 seconds.  




Access the Community with your new level of membership by pressing Access Community underneath your name in the upper right of your screen.



Enjoy your upgraded membership.


Upgrade My Current Provider Subscription

Log In to the community.




Enter your username and password and click Log in.



There are two ways to upgrade:
  1. Go to Provider at the top of the screen to be directed to the Provider page.
    1.  Find the membership level to which you want to upgrade.
    2. Click Join Now.
    3. You will be directed to the Manage Membership page.
  2. Click on your account name in the upper right corner, then click on Manage Membership.


Click on the Upgrade button for the Membership Plan to which you want to upgrade.


Go to the Checkout Page and complete the transaction.
