Get Started as a Provider Member in the KnoWEwell Community
Join the KnoWEwell Community as a Provider Member
On the home page of KnoWEwell, select Providers in the drop-down menu.
Click on the Start Here button.
Summary of Membership Plan Details
There are three levels of KnoWEwell memberships, Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each level provides tremendous value by providing access to the KnoWEwell Community & Marketplace where members can find and learn about you and your practice.

Select your KnoWEwell Provider Membership Plan
Select your KnoWEwell Provider Membership Plan
Review the Membership levels of KnoWEwell: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Select the plan that will fit your needs and Click the JOIN button.
Create an Account
Complete the form with your name and email address. Enter a Username and Password you want to use for your KnoWEwell Membership.
Click the Create new account button.
Enter Verification & Purchase Information
Provider information will, upon completion of the Silver or Gold subscription process, be submitted to Universal Background Screening for verification and background check. Please fill out your address and click the Proceed to Checkout button.
Check out and payment
Add Coupon, if applicable, and click APPLY. Complete the payment information. Click Subscribe button.
You will receive a confirmation "Thank you". Click on the Create my Profile to Access the KnoWEwell Community. Please create your profile at this point. You may save the information entered to complete at a later date.
Complete Your Professional Profile Form
Complete the Provider Profile. All required fields are noted with a * red asterisk. Not all fields are required but a more complete profile will help build a full picture of the Provider's practice for potential patients.
Universal Background Check
You will receive and email from Universal Background Screening requesting authorization to complete a background check after you submit your Provider Profile form. It will take 2 - 4 business days for KnoWEwell to receive a response from Universal and enjoy full access to the Community.
Complete Your Professional Practice Form
If you have purchased a Silver or Gold level membership, you will complete the Practice Organization Profile:
Submit a Video Introduction
Add a video to your Profile page by clicking on My settings under your profile icon in the upper right hand corner of the screen in the Community
Click on Portfolio in your profile page. Click on Create.
Click on Add Files to add a video from your computer or Add External Link to add video from a site, such as YouTube.
Name and label your video.
Save Your Form to Complete at Another Time
You can save the Provider Profile and/or Provider Practice forms to complete in the future. Click the SAVE button in the bottom right of the screen you want to return to.
Access Your In-Progress Form
If you are unable to complete your provider forms, you can click the SAVE button and you can select to
have a link to resume your forms sent to your email.
Click on Resume Now and you will be directed to your forms.
