1. When starting on the community page, click on "POWER SEARCH" on the main menu bar. 

2.  Once you are here you will be able to either scroll or specifically search for evidence-based research and information on thousands of topics in this advanced search platform. This tool is invaluable when looking for information and news on diseases, medicines, and therapies. 

For example, on the sidebar, you can simply search by typing in a disease or therapy and get a result. You can also search by a specific category, filters, content, date, organization, author, audience, and cost. Once all these personalization are inputted, the search will begin and it will bring you the best evidence-based information based on your wants and needs!
