When wanting to find the latest KnoWEwell community insights, you will want to find them in specific topic group communities you are in. 

1.  Make sure you are logged into your KnoWEwell account. Then click on "Communities" on the main menu bar. 

2. Then, click on a specific topic group you are in. For example, Gut. 

3. Under the community's name, there will be a menu bar. You will then click on "Insights." Here you will be able to either scroll or search more specifically. You may either search by keyword, publication day or filter by category. 

4. Once you have found something of interest, click on it, and get reading!
