How to access the Hub after you've created an account but did not yet selected a plan or purchased a subscription


Visit the KnoWEwell website. If you have created an account by choosing a username and password, you will need to click on the blue Log In box in the upper right of the page.




The Log In page will ask for your username and password. After entering these, click Log in.





You will see that you do not have an active subscription yet. Click on Join the Community and follow the instructions under Verification & Payment. 


Choose either to subscribe as an individual, a practitioner or an organization by clicking 'JOIN HERE' in one of the boxes.


Choose either a Basic, Silver or Gold subscription level. Scroll down and click COMPARE PLANS if you would like more information on the differences between each plan.



Enter your address and click NEXT.




Check out by providing a credit card for the  balance of your subscription.  A credit card is required to confirm your identity and you will receive notification 4 weeks prior to your anniversary date to confirm to choice to renew, or cancel, your subscription.
