How to Complete My Provider Profile if I Already Have a KnoWEwell Account.

 You will need to create your Profile before you are able to access the KnoWEwell Community.  Enter your username and password and you will be directed to complete your profile forms.  If you have forgotten your username, submit a HELP ticket and the KnoWEwell team can provide that for you. 



You will be directed to your forms to complete.  Save each page as you complete the form. If you need to finish your forms at another time, click SAVE and you will receive an email from KnoWEwell with a link to resume.
