1. Log into your KnoWEwell account with your username and password.  You will be in the community.  Click on the up arrow in the blue box on the bottom right corner of your screen. 

2. Once you click on the arrow, you will see a menu tab of additional information pop up on the bottom of the page. Then click the Manage Membership option. 

4. Click on the Upgrade button for either the Silver Plan or the Gold Plan.

5. The Order Summary page for payment will be seen.  Enter your payment method and click Subscribe.

6.  Processing will take 60 seconds or so.  

7.  Your upgraded membership includes a Practice Organization Profile. Complete the form, saving your information as you proceed.  Click consent at the end.
