How to Upgrade to a Higher Provider Membership Level


1.     Click here to login to the community and go to the Manage Membership page. If you are not already logged in, it will require you to enter your username and password.
Hint: Your username may or may not be your email address. If you don't remember your password, you can always reset it.




2.       Once you are logged in, if you are not at the Manage Membership page, click the Upgrade tab on the upper right hand corner of the site (as seen in the image below). As you scroll down the page, you should see Current Subscription. Click the little blue down arrow and it will open the upgrade options. 




3.      Choose the membership plan you would like to upgrade to and click the UPGRADE button. (Your current plan will not be visible, only the plans you can upgrade to.)




4.      Go to the Checkout Page and complete the transaction. You will see the amount due as the prorated amount based on when your lower tier membership began. If you have a coupon / discount for the upgraded membership, be sure to enter that code in the Coupon Code box and click Apply. (Based on your billing information, the sales tax may go to $0.00)
NOTE: Even if the transaction is $0.00, you will still be required to enter your credit card information as KnoWEwell is a secure platform and requires this extra security measure.
