Education Catalog - Logging In
To log into the Education Catalog, you first need to be logged into the KnoWEwell Hub.
To access the Education Catalog as a member (which is necessary for special member pricing, as well as to see your purchased / assigned courses and products), you must be logged into KnoWEwell.
If you have created a KnoWEwell account and are not logged into the Hub, go to https://knowewell.com and enter your username and password. [Hint: Username is not usually your email address, but it could be]
If you do not remember your password, you can request to have your password reset. Follow the steps in this article if needed.
If you have not yet created a KnoWEwell account, you can purchase the provider membership of your choice by clicking here, or set up a free Provider Starter account here.
To create an Individual (non-provider) account, you can purchase a membership by clicking here, or set up a free Individual Starter account here.
Once you are logged into the Hub, you can enter the Education Catalog in with two methods:
1) Hover over the tab, "Learn," and click Courses.
2) In the "My Place tab," click on the "My Learning" button.
To view products (courses, films, trainings, webcasts, etc) that you have purchased or had been given access to, click the blue My Account button on the upper righthand corner of the screen. Select the category of the product you are looking for.
