How to Update your User Profile
How to Log in
- Visit KnoWEwell.com and click on the Login button in the upper right of your screen.
- If you already have an account, enter your email address and password.
Access Your Profile
To add to/update your profile, click on the profile icon/picture in the top right of the page and select My profile.
Add/Update Your Profile Picture
To change your profile picture, hover over the central image in the banner and select the camera icon to change the photo (400px x 400px). Select an image of your choice and click Open.
Add/Update Your Cover Photo
To change your cover picture, hover over the camera icon in the left corner of the banner and choose Change cover picture. Select an image of your choice (1400 x 300) and click Open.
Add/Update Your Personal Information
To change your personal details included in the top section of the user profile page, click on Edit in the right corner of the cover picture. When you have made the necessary changes to the fields in this section, click Save. Profile information and contact details can be amended.
Add/Update Your Personal Profile
To change your profile activity, click on your image at the top right corner and go to My Profile. Once inside, you'll see options to edit or delete information. Each box contains specific content. If there is a pull-down icon in the upper right corner of this box, click it to access your edit function. If there is a pencil icon, click it to access your information.
Add/Update Your Recent Activity, Events and Portfolio
Click on each subject and add, edit or delete information in your Recent Activity, My Events and your Portfolio.
Update Your Personal Settings
To change your Profile settings, such as privacy and notification settings, click on your profile picture in the top right corner of the page and select My settings. From there, you'll be able to update all of your account settings.
NOTE: Once you've made your adjustments, be sure to SAVE your settings!
